AVG Anti-Virus

If you don't have anti-virus software on your PC, you are not only putting yourself (or your data) at risk, but everyone in your address book. It's just not worth the risk to ignore these threats and remain unprotected. AVG provides a free and reliable anti-virus program that only takes a few minutes to download and install. It may not
be as comprehensive as other anti-virus/security suites on the market, but it works and you can't beat the price.

SpyBot S&D

Spybot - Search & Destroy (S&D) is a popular malware, spyware and adware removal program. Like most malware scanners, Spybot-S&D scans the computer hard disk and/or RAM for malicious software. Using a Spyware program like S&D in conjunction with an Anti-Virus program like AVG will help protect you against most internet threats.

Open Office

A great, free alternative to the Microsoft Office suite of programs. It has many of the same features and can open and save documents in MS Office format. It works with several operating systems like Windows, Linux and Mac. This is a very powerful software suite and can save you hundreds of dollars over the expensive competition.  

Mozilla Firefox

This web browser has many advantages over the more popular Internet Explorer. You can read all about the many features of this browser by clicking HERE. This is the only web browser I use.
